Microsoft Dynamics NAV users can use it to automate the exchange of data and communication between different clients. The processes are controlled via messages, which prompt the system to export or import an XML file. This way, data exchange - for example of documents, articles, accounts receivable and accounts payable - can be fully automated. Special table filters ensure that each client receives only the master data and documents that is actually relevant to it.
