The COSMO CODE is a commitment of all COSMOnauts worldwide to our beliefs and actions and was written in English. Out of respect for the intention and power of the original work, we have consciously decided against a national language translation.
Since 2022, we have also made the leitmotif and headline of the COSMO CODE our brand claim. The Power of People stands for the belief in the power that lies within us humans. This power can be found especially in the 10 Principles for Success, which we publish here for you.
Every day, we are working with different people in different roles in all areas of our business. The better we collaborate, communicate and interact with people inside and outside of our company, the more successful we will be.
