COSMO CONSULT Annual Conference 2016

This year’s summer event did not only outnumber its predecessors in terms of participants, but also stood out due to the incredible amount of improvisation that was required due to an abrupt weather change. More than 430 employees – including colleagues from the far-away country of Chile – couldn’t be discouraged to put up a good show during the team challenges no matter how bad the weather was.

Based on our theme “Mission (Im)possible”, 36 agent teams were competing against each other, tackling sport challenges and mastering skill exercises. Even though the number of challenges had been reduced due to the harsh weather conditions the team challenges provided good entertainment for everyone and put some smiles on the faces of the team members.

With the start of the evening event at the hotspot location Haubentaucher the weather god showed some mercy after all as it stopped raining as soon as our CEO Uwe Bergmann began with his speech. Nothing stood in the way of a relaxing evening full of delicious food, high spirit and inspiring conversations until the crack of dawn. 

Not only the dancefloor was continuously crowded – even the swimming pool found some courageous heroes late at night.
