For the seventh time in a row, COSMO CONSULT has been honored as TOP Consultat for SMEs

The COSMO CONSULT group, one of the leading international providers of Microsoft-based end-to-end business solutions for contract and process manufacturing, commerce, the construction industry and the services sector has been awarded the prestigious TOP CONSULTANT quality seal for the seventh time in a row and hence ranges among the best consulting company for medium-sized enterprises. For the Quality Seal awarded jointly by compamedia and the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB: “Wissenschaftlichen Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung”), the candidates were examined based on scientific criteria in a complex rating procedure and particularly evaluated according to their customer satisfaction.
Enterprise solutions are not just software issues - it is also crucial to involve a reliable and future-proof implementation partner. However, the selection of the right partner is anything but simple: For Germany alone, the Federal Statistical Office has counted more than 90,000 service providers in the IT and communications sector. In order to establish reliable guidance for obtaining high-quality and tried-and-tested IT services in this hardly overseeable market, the TOP CONSULTANT quality seal was established in 2010. The certificate is awarded once a year exclusively to companies that stand out due to their excellent consultancy services. In order to prove this, applicants must undergo a comprehensive, scientifically sound test procedure where especially customer satisfaction is assessed.
Committed to human technology
With its nomination as TOP CONSULTANT, COSMO CONSULT receives the coveted quality seal for the seventh time in succession. „The market is booming. Therefore, almost everything is sold by almost everyone right now - unfortunately this also applies to dubious providers", says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, Professor of Management Consulting and Development at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and scientific head of the examination. "The TOP CONSULTANT seal makes the quality of a consulting company visible at first glance and thus offers medium-sized enterprises a valuable orientation guide."

The official presentation of the TOP CONSULTANT quality seal took place on 29th June in a festive setting at the 5th German SME Summit in Ludwigsburg. The mentor of the consultant comparison, the former Federal President Christian Wulff, congratulated the award winners personally and acknowledged their commitment and achievements that are setting the standard for an outstanding SME consulting.
