COSMO CONSULT acquires Austrian Microsoft Dynamics Partner ACP Business Solutions

The COSMO CONSULT group, Europe's leading provider of end-to-end business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics, has acquired a majority interest in ACP Business Solutions GmbH, one of the best-known Microsoft partners for business solutions in Austria. With the integration of ACP Business Solutions GmbH in Graz, as well as two branch offices in Vienna and Traun, into its group of companies COSMO CONSULT is making its ERP and industry expertise available locally to Austrian customers from industry, trade and services and will be represented in all German-speaking areas by its own offices in the future.

For many years, ACP Business Solutions GmbH has been one of the top names in Austria when it comes to consulting, implementation and services in the area of business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. In the framework of COSMO CONSULT’s international partner program, both companies worked together closely for many years. Taking this successful partnership as a point of departure, COSMO CONSULT and ACP Business Solutions have now decided to bundle the expertise of both sides even more tightly to provide the whole range of integrated Microsoft solutions and combined industry and consulting expertise to Austrian customers and potential customers in particular.

By integrating this Austrian Microsoft Gold Partner, the COSMO CONSULT group, with more than 750 employees at 33 locations worldwide, is resolutely pursuing its international growth strategy, which was most recently advanced through acquisitions in France, Spain and Latin America. The Central European market, in particular the German-speaking areas, still plays a central role in this: With the three new COSMO CONSULT branches, customers of both companies will benefit in the future from profound knowledge of the specific requirements of the Austrian market as well as the international expertise and the economic stability of Europe’s largest Microsoft Dynamics provider.
