COSMO CONSULT Acquires Third Largest Spanish Microsoft Dynamics Partner Iniker S.A.

Berlin/San Sebastian , 2015-10-22. The COSMO CONSULT Group, Europe’s leading Microsoft Dynamics ERP partner, acquires Spain’s third largest Microsoft Dynamics partner Iniker S.A., strengthening its commitment in Spain and the Spanish speaking market worldwide.

With 120 employees, Microsoft Dynamics Gold partner Iniker S.A. is one of the top-selling ERP service providers in Spain. Established in San Sebastián, the company that has seven locations in Spain and further offices in Mexico, Panama, Chile, Ecuador and Colombia is a distinguished ERP specialist for manufacturing and automotive industries, providing ERP services for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM and SAP Business One.

By incorporating Iniker S.A. into its Spanish business division, COSMO CONSULT with now 650 employees at 31 locations worldwide continues to pursue its international growth strategy, thus strengthening its European business and extending its presence in the Latin American market.
