This course teaches the essential marketing tools and processes of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, enabling you to design your marketing campaigns in a professional and targeted manner. Participants will learn

  • Segmentation: strategies for accurately segmenting target groups based on data to send relevant, personalized content directly to the right recipients.
  • Email creation: Designing and personalizing email campaigns using templates, design tools and automation options for efficient campaign management.
  • Customer Journey: Building and managing automated customer journeys to create personalized experiences across the entire customer lifecycle - from first contact to follow-up.

The aim of the training is to enable participants to make their marketing activities more efficient and to strengthen customer loyalty and increase the conversion rate through targeted, personalized measures.

Target group

Beginners in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. No specific prior knowledge is required, but basic CRM knowledge is desirable.
