Testing
COSMO Quality Assurance provides you full control over inspections, so you can define specific inspection attributes and plans. Criteria based test plans are managed to meet requirements, depending upon where materials or products are in the supply chain. Minimize the expense for creating and managing your test plans by centrally managing recurring test properties with multi-linked plans. To process sampling, a quantity of sample items can be separated from commercial inventory and measurements are recorded for each taken sample.

Cosmo Quality Assurance automates the inspection of incoming raw materials to ensure that they are appropriate and meet the agreed-upon standards. By performing systematic incoming goods inspections, quality related problems caused by suppliers are identified before they reach your production, and not after when it can be too late. As integrated feature of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the system allows real-time tracking of incoming raw materials, parts, and subassemblies are critical to successful inspections.
If faults are discovered in the incoming goods inspection, it is possible to immediately initiate a return order. - In-Process inspection

Quality of existing inventory can change over time so re-testing is scheduled. According to re-test period, the system starts processing based on re-test specific plans.
Quality-controlled Inventory
Inventory control is about ensuring accuracy, appropriate reordering, and proper and timely usage. Your system will allow for the analysis of real-time inventory data. Components, materials, and containers can be stored under quarantine until they have been tested and released. Each lot or serial number in inventory can be withheld from use until the lot has been sampled, tested and released for use by the quality control team. Rules defines who is allowed to perform inventory postings in view of quality aspects such as expired inventory or restricted usage of inventory.
Traceability
COSMO Quality Assurance enhance end-to-end traceability in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to ensure audits, support compliance and track supplier quality. From raw materials to finished goods, batch tracking allows you to see where your goods came from, where they went, how much was shipped, and when they expire if they have an expiration date.
