On April 9, 2019, Microsoft and Dynsclub acknowledged the expertise of COSMO CONSULT France as it once again obtains ScoreFact® certification. The ScoreFact® Label attests to the success of its projects and the satisfaction of its customers with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product.
ScoreFact® certification is awarded following a statistical audit of the client base. The audit examines 14 client areas, such as project success, the frequency of crisis situations, the effectiveness of support, compliance with pre-sale agreements in terms of budget, deadlines, etc.
