COSMO CONSULT Launches “Dynamics 365”, a New Microsoft Dynamics NAV Rental Service via Cloud

Berlin, 2015-10-29. COSMO CONSULT launches a new offering under the label “Dynamics 365 (known as COSMO 395)”, providing Microsoft Dynamics NAV based ERP packages on an “out of the box” rental basis as cloud services. With it, especially SMBs and start-ups are enabled to benefit from standard ERP functionality without the need of complex system implementation.

Dynamics 365 (known as COSMO 365) is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, a well-proven environment and one of the leading solutions for small and medium businesses worldwide. Due to pre-configured ERP packages that are based on best practice knowledge of numerous customer projects, Dynamics 365 (known as COSMO 365) is ready for immediate use.

Local installation is no longer necessary as the ERP features are provided via cloud based services. The Dynamics 365 (known as COSMO 365) cloud is protected by modern industry standards and its European data centers are accepted by German fiscal authorities. Frequent backups ensure that the customer data is safe. Additionally, clients always have the option to obtain their personal backups from the cloud servers and store them locally.

The new service model offers automatic updates including fiscal and legal requirements. On top of that every new major Microsoft Dynamics NAV version will be integrated in Dynamics 365 (known as COSMO 365) so customers are consistently up to date.

Dynamics 365 (known as COSMO 365) is designed as a rental solution with a monthly fee and 30 days' notice period as well. As part of the packages, training documentation and group instructions ensure that the introduction does not cause any additional cost. A further advantage is the high scalability of the system: customers are always able to migrate their data to an individual COSMO CONSULT project solution for enhancing their systems.
