Digital transformation involves combining a multitude of different technologies and concepts. This entails high costs and effort to obtain the relevant information. At Tech Week, which is running from November 7 to November 8, 2018 at the exhibition site in Frankfurt, visitors can find out about all aspects of digitization in one place. For the COSMO CONSULT Group, this is a good opportunity to present their solutions. At stand 998 in BARC's Big Data World, the software and consulting company specializing in end-to-end scenarios will be presenting solutions revolving around topics such as data analytics, data management, data science, and intelligent ERP.
Almost every company is now aware that there is no way to bypass digitization. The crucial issue we are now facing is how to optimally prepare for digital transformation? Cloud computing, the Internet of things, big data, data security – the numerous technologies and concepts that need to be taken into consideration do not make this challenge any easier. At Tech Week, visitors can find answers to all of their questions about digital transformation. The program includes seven different specialized conferences.
COSMO CONSULT will be presenting the latest technologies surrounding data analytics with and without data warehouse at stand 998 in BARC's Big Data World. Visitors who are interested will be able to find out how to view data from various perspectives quickly and intuitively using interactive analyses directly at the stand. The business intelligence applications Microsoft Power BI and Qlik Sense are the basis for this. “Such analyses are helpful, but they are also the same as looking in a rearview mirror. It is much more important to learn from the past to prevent mistakes and misjudgments being made in the future,” emphasizes Jürgen Klein, Business Development Manager at COSMO CONSULT. This is where special algorithms come into the mix, which automatically react to modified parameters and independently adapt corporate management. “Temperature changes can influence production quality in manufacturing. If a sensor detects fluctuations, the algorithm automatically adjusts production, therefore preventing fluctuations in quality,” explains Klein. The technology will be presented by the data science specialists at COSMO CONSULT.
The Berlin-based software company will also be enriching the seminar program at the Big Data World. Intelligent ERP systems that are able to learn established decision processes and tried-and-tested behavior patterns from teams and employees, and then apply this learning to relevant processes will be the focus of these talks. This is an advantage for companies because it helps to preserve existing experience and skills. In another seminar, the experts from COSMO CONSULT will be shedding light on intelligent data analytics processes based on current Microsoft technologies. This is about business intelligence as a platform and control center that receives all measured performance information, and then visually prepares it for direct delivery to linked ERP and CRM systems.
Admission to Tech Week and the Big Data World is free.
