COSMO CONSULT Expands Presence in Asia and Opens First Location in North America

The COSMO CONSULT Group continues its consistent growth trajectory and expands its global presence: since May, a new entity has been established in Canada. Prior to this, two new locations in Vietnam were launched.

The COSMO CONSULT Group, the world's largest owner-managed Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner, continues to expand its international presence in the most important economic hubs. At the end of May, the digitalization specialist opened its first location in North America in Halifax, Canada, following the launch of two new offices in Vietnam — Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In Asia, COSMO CONSULT is already represented in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. With this international growth, the group consistently follows its own strategy, which focuses on greater customer proximity and genuine partnerships in global markets. 

For COSMO CONSULT's customers, the growing international presence is welcome news: the IT consulting firm combines local expertise with international standards and recognized best practices. This ensures that projects are executed to the same high standards anywhere in the world, while simultaneously taking regional cultures, requirements, and working methods into account. An additional advantage is the direct line to on-site experts.

The establishment of the Canadian entity in Halifax marks another step for COSMO CONSULT into the North American market. The location in the province of Nova Scotia is regarded as a dynamic technology and services hub with close ties to Europe. The minimal time difference also facilitates collaboration across the Atlantic. 

International and North American customers will thus benefit from the IT service provider's unique product and consulting portfolio. Together with local partners, the team serves mid-sized companies and large international clients as a digitalization and transformation partner. General Manager in Halifax is Christoph Heinen, who is responsible for the North American business from there. He has held senior positions at COSMO CONSULT for many years and brings profound experience as an IT manager in leadership roles at international mid-sized companies to his new role. "I am delighted that things will now be much easier for North American customers: shorter distances, the same or similar time zones, and far more straightforward legal frameworks," Heinen underlines the significance of the new location.

Vietnam, meanwhile, is one of the fastest-growing industrial locations in the world. Many international companies are expanding their capacities or establishing new plants in the Southeast Asian country. For the COSMO CONSULT Group, with its traditional focus on process and discrete manufacturing, it is important to accompany customers directly on the ground during this step. The new offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are part of COSMO CONSULT Asia, headquartered in Hong Kong. General Manager Rex Yu emphasizes the industrial focus: "Vietnam complements our international strategy. This applies specifically to business software platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, or Microsoft Power Platform." With the Vietnamese team, the software and consulting firm delivers IT projects in the local language and aligns them optimally with cultural and legal requirements. A key focus going forward will be the use of artificial intelligence. The primary target group is international companies and local industrial enterprises. As a bridge to the Southeast Asian region, the team in Vietnam also supports projects in neighboring countries such as Laos and Cambodia.
