At COSMO CONSULT, innovation happens when people are curious, question the status quo, and take responsibility. With apex, our internal innovation platform, we support exactly that: developing your own ideas in a structured way - with methodical support, interdisciplinary exchange, and real creative freedom.
Sebastian, Project Manager and Data & AI Consultant at COSMO, experienced exactly that: Together with his team, he developed the AI Pathfinder - an AI solution with real added value for COSMOnauts and customers. From the initial idea to the pitch to implementation, the project was supported by apex. Today, the tool is in use - and is being further developed jointly.
For Sebastian, it was more than just a project: it was an introduction to the world of innovation at COSMO - and a glimpse beyond his own field of expertise.
