Ideal for process optimization in vertical supply chains
The role of the COSMO Data Integration Suite is to function as a data hub: First, the add-on module extracts the required information from the sending system. Then, the data set is transferred to an XML schema and made available to the enterprise software on the receiving end.
To make this possible, the COSMO Data Integration Suite comes with a variety of predefined templates - the so-called mappings. These can be used directly or adapted to operational requirements. The integrated mapping tool helps you to create mappings dynamically - for example by means of filters, fields, criteria and variables.
With the COSMO Data Integration Suite, you can not only optimize internal data and document exchange, but also easily connect with third-party systems. This makes relevant information such as invoices and delivery notices available more quickly. Since double entry and manual adjustments are no longer required, the error rate is also decreased at the same time. The networked companies then benefit from higher process quality.

COSMO Data Integration Suite-Intercompany is an add-on for the COSMO Data Integration Suite. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users can use it to automate the exchange of data and communication between different companies. The processes are controlled via messages, which prompt the system to export or import an XML file. This way, data exchange - for example of documents, articles, accounts receivable and accounts payable - can be fully automated. Special table filters ensure that each client receives only the master data and documents that is actually relevant to it.
