Even the longest journey begins with a single step. That’s Patricia’s motto. Take that step and don’t stop. It’s paid off for her: She’s been working at COSMO CONSULT since 2015, first as a consultant and, starting in 2024, as Director of Group Accounting. By that point, she had already gained a deep understanding of the company’s structures and its development. Complexity doesn’t deter Patricia—quite the opposite. When it comes to perseverance, long-distance runners and Twitch streamers could learn a thing or two from her. From her years in auditing and tax consulting, she has learned to stay with a topic until the many individual pieces come together to form a coherent whole.

As Chief Financial Officer, Patricia is responsible for key issues related to COSMO CONSULT’s consolidated financial statements and tax affairs. She is also increasingly involved in legal matters. She brings clarity to complex situations and uses financial data to provide guidance for sound decision-making. Hardly anyone knows the financial structures as well as she does. This is partly because numbers are never an end in themselves for her. What business transactions, what developments, and what people are behind them? “Only when we understand this context,” Patricia knows, “can we provide the right impetus from the finance department.”
