How does that feel in practice?
A COSMOnaut, a laptop and an island in Thailand - this is not a vacation postcard, but Workation@COSMO. For his first workation, our consultant, Leon, chose Koh Phangan, a place that had long been more than just a travel destination for him.
He started his working day early in the morning - with a view of the sea, focus time in an Airbnb or a small café. He spent his lunch break on the beach, enjoyed a delicious curry and did a short workout. In the afternoon, there were virtual meetings on the agenda that were smoothly coordinated with the team in Europe.
Thanks to a stable infrastructure, our flexible working model and the great support of our partner WorkFlex, everything went smoothly - from quick approval to full compliance checks. This gave him an all-round inspiring experience.
