For a perfect match, you need:
In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, as well as a solid knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, (IAM, Conditional Access, PIM, B2B).
Extensive expertise in cloud security and DevSecOps principles, as well as experience with security architecture and zero-trust models for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Confident use of Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and their technical implementation.
In-depth experience in designing and implementing intelligent working methods at the architectural level to ensure that business and security are in harmony. Taking into account different operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS).
Structured, analytical approach to work, high level of personal responsibility, and strong cooperation and communication skills.
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and a high degree of initiative.
Very good written and spoken English skills (C1 level).

In your job:
You will design and be responsible for the security architecture for Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring their secure, stable, and audit-compliant operation in accordance with modern standards such as Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and Security Service Edge (SSE).
You will design, develop, and document the zero trust target architecture across all relevant areas (identities, endpoints, data, applications, network, visibility/automation) and implement it in innovative access and security architectures – including policy-based access controls, network segmentation, and policy enforcement.
You will develop and implement concepts at the architectural level and ensure their integration into the overall security architecture. In doing so, you will take into account the special features and requirements of different operating systems (e.g., Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) and ensure uniform security standards for all end devices.
You will support the rollout and operation of security solutions in close coordination with other security teams (cloud, network, identity & access management) and ensure operational health (stability, security, costs, maintainability).
You will define and maintain operating guidelines, runbooks, and technical standards for the secure use of Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid workloads, and develop use cases, detection, and automation concepts for identity- and network-based access.
