It brings together all consulting services for employees and company organisation in digital transformation projects. The new business unit represents a holistic approach that considers people, organisation and digital technologies to be equally important.

Microsoft's Dynamics 365 product family is on a course for the cloud. Microsoft partners who have been focusing on classic software rollouts will have to change gears. But that will take a lot of effort. Migration to the cloud is not cost-efficient for every solution. It is also necessary to develop new business models and establish new distribution channels. The COSMO CONSULT Group will also make the majority of its sector-specific and individual solutions available in the cloud and AppSource by the end of the year.

For Tobias Fenster, Chief Technical Officer of the COSMO CONSULT Group, Christmas comes in July this year. Microsoft again named him Most Value Professional (MVP) for Business Applications and Azure, and shortly after that he was awarded the title of Regional Director (RD). While MVP titles focus primarily on technical expertise, RDs must also have strategic skills and broad knowledge of technologies combined with business leadership. Both titles are awarded for a limited period of time and are reviewed regularly.
