Following the end of the Privacy Shield agreement, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) is requiring companies to take on more responsibility. In the future, the companies themselves have to ensure that the processing of data in the USA is done in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The COSMO CONSULT-Group was prepared for this: In contracts with Microsoft it is ensured that customer data is stored and processed exclusively on servers in the EU.
