Europe's leading Microsoft Dynamics provider COSMO CONSULT, having recently received the"Best Employer" seal of quality at the prestigious TOP JOB competition has now also been award the title of "Top Training Company" as part of a special evaluation. The special award is based on the results of a company analysis carried out by the University of St. Gallen, in which all COSMO CONSULT-trainees were interviewed about their satisfaction with their training company using a comprehensive catalog of criteria. The exclusive award of TOP training company was only awarded to five companies in the entire country.

The award of the TOP JOB "Best Employer" seal of quality had already officially certified that COSMO CONSULT offers its employees a working environment that is very livable, healthy and characterized by mutual respect. The award is based on a detailed study of employee satisfaction that was carried out by an independent center for employer attractiveness, the Zentrum für Arbeitgeberattraktivität (or zeag for short) together with the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University St. Gallen as part of the TOP JOB benchmarking initiative.
With the special designation as TOP training company, the exemplary commitment of COSMO CONSULT in the area of training has now also been recognized. For the evaluation, it was above the voices of the trainees themselves that counted: the results showed an extremely high level of satisfaction both in the promotion and support of individual strengths and interests as well as in the field of personal appreciation and the many opportunities trainees had to contribute their own ideas and to work independently. The TOP JOB jurors also emphasized that the COSMO CONSULT trainees identify with their company and its products and services to an above-average extent, also beyond the training period.
