COSMO CONSULT honored as best employer

The results thus provide a nationwide comparison of the qualities and challenges of companies as employers and thus can serve as a guideline for applicants and trainees in choosing an employer. In particular, they show companies how successful they are in achieving their objectives and to what extent they are succeeding in creating a livable, healthy working environment characterized by a strong culture of mutual appreciation in course of working together on a day-to-day basis. COSMO CONSULT impressed the researchers specifically in the area of corporate culture and communication, in terms of prospects and development opportunities for employees and internal entrepreneurship, and the numerous opportunities employees have to put their individual abilities to use and to work independently.

At the same time the TOP JOB jurors praised the open and uncomplicated cooperation at COSMO CONSULT on all levels and across ages and departments. It also praised its family orientation, including its extensive options to use flexible working time models customized in ways that fit the employee’s personal circumstances. The awards ceremony for the TOP JOB certificate, which includied naming COSMO CONSULT the best employer, took place on 17 February in a festive setting in Berlin. Wolfgang Clement, former Federal Minister of Economics and Labour and current TOP JOB mentor, presented the award. The quality seal and the title were awarded for the duration of two years.
