TEC EPM is now member of the COSMO CONSULT Group

Berlin, 14^th of August 2015. As of July 2015 the TEC EPM Company in Magdeburg is a wholly owned subsidiary of COSMO CONSULT AG and a member of the COSMO CONSULT group.

COSMO CONSULT, with its 500 employees, at 20 locations in Germany, France, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain, specialises in the implementation and system management of industry and business solutions based on cutting-edge software technologies.

For 12 years TEC EPM successfully practiced project engagement management services in the process industry. TEC EPM is focused on professional consulting and IT services for the management of investments, maintenance, audit projects as well as shutdowns. In the COSMO CONSULT Group they will strengthen their forces to offer business consulting for Asset Life Cycle Management in the plant or large plant sector. With this merger, the SharePoint forces can be bundled, placed and expanded as an international SharePoint team of COSMO CONSULT Group.

In addition, the initiative "Industrie 4.0 - DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION" launched by TEC EPM and the Fraunhofer Institute in Magdeburg will be the driving force for new products and services in the field of Industrie 4.0 (Internet of Things) and digitization.
