COSMO CONSULT acquires Tectura EMEA

Berlin/Pleasanton, Kalifornien, 26|06|2014. The COSMO CONSULT Group, one of the leading suppliers in Europe of industry and business solutions based on Microsoft and QlikView technologies, has acquired the following parts of Tectura EMEA: France, Germany, Sweden and Switzerland. COSMO CONSULT offers business solutions for discrete and project manufacturers as well as process manufacturers including Life Sciences. These industry solutions are based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The powerful partnership of COSMO CONSULT with their excellent product knowledge, industry expertise and project experience of more than 17 years and Microsoft with their innovative, user-friendly products will be providing new opportunities for the European business.

With this strategic step, COSMO CONSULT pursues the goal to establish itself as a key provider on the European ERP market for small- and medium-sized companies as well as enterprises. This is in line with their European expansion strategy.
