Automatic synchronisation of your master data

The maintenance of product master data can be carried out entirely in cc|e-commerce. Once the appropriate authorisation has been given, all relevant data is automatically transferred to the existing shop system. Thanks to the bi-directional interface, the shop system and cc|e-commerce are always completely up-to-date: As soon as a customer registers in the shop system, the data is sent to the Microsoft ERP system and any changes to the master data are automatically synchronised.

Complete control over sales orders

Once customers have completed the check-out process, the details of their shopping carts are sent to cc|e-commerce and the sales orders are then created. Your customer service has all of the relevant information available at a glance: With flexible status management, you can see the status of orders at any time. Workflows can be defined that allow you to control and clarify orders based on your specific criteria.

Respond to customer enquiries accurately and appropriately

cc|e-commerce provides a comprehensive overview of all relevant customer processes, such as payments and any current sales orders. Thanks to the high level of integration with the ERP back-end system, you can call up information about selected processes whenever you need it, allowing you to respond to customer enquiries accurately and appropriately.

Your direct line to the warehouse

Once sales orders have been approved in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (e.g. by processing the payments that are received), warehouse/logistics processes are suggested for order picking. At this stage, you can choose from a range of strategies. For example, you can have orders arranged separately on picking trolleys and implement route-optimised picking. You can make packing efficient too, thanks to the interface with DHL/Easylog. Changes to stock levels in the relevant warehouses are sent to the shop system automatically.

Returns processing made easy

With cc|e-commerce, processing returns could not be easier. One method of doing this is with a return slip: The order or delivery note number on the slip is scanned in and the items that have not yet been returned are shown on the system. Simply select the items and quantities being returned and provide the reason for the return to complete the process.
