Several acquisitions and the associated heterogeneous IT landscape put Germany's leading system provider for healthcare facilities under pressure to act: there was no consolidated data analysis; evaluations were sometimes made with great effort based on Excel spreadsheets. To optimize the company-wide sales management, the firm implemented the business intelligence solution QlikView with the help of the COSMO CONSULT BI GmbH. Within a short time, the BI solution, which was also used on mobile devices in the field, became the central tool for a shared view of the sales figures of the group.
